Step 1 - Subscribe and download the Podcast in iTunes
If you haven't done so already, subscribe to your required language's podcast in order to get the sound files onto your iPod. The following links will open iTunes and take you the individual languages.
Get All: Once you have Subscribed, select Podcasts from the Library menu on the left hand side and click on the arrow next to the podcast title so that it points down (shown below). You will now see the option "Get All". Click "Get All" and iTunes will begin to download all the episodes in the podcast. This may take 5 - 10 minutes to complete. Get
IMPORTANT: Once you have downloaded all the episodes of the podcast right click on the podcast header and select Do Not Auto Delete. This will prevent iTunes from deleting any phrases you have listened to next time you sync your iPod.
