How do I download the lastminute.com Talking Phrasebook for iPhone?

I have downloaded one of the Phrasebooks but can’t hear the translations
First of all you should check that the volume of your iPhone is turned up and that your phone is not set to silent. Other causes of this could be that your sound settings are preventing the translations from being heard. On your iPhone or iPod Touch, go to Settings and then Sounds and check that Keyboard Clicks is set to On.
Do I need to "Jail Break" my iPhone to use the Phrasebooks?
Absolutely not.

What exactly are these mobile phone phrasebooks?
They are individual software applications that, when downloaded to your phone, help you to communicate in various foreign languages. You simply open the application, find the English phrase you wish to say with the easy-to-use menu system, click play, and your phone will play a pre-recorded translation of that phrase.
All the translated phrases have been recorded by professional voice artists native to the relative country to help ensure that you can make yourself understood.
Will they work on my phone?
We continue to update the range of handsets that are compatible with the Talking Phrasebooks and specifically target Sony Ericsson and Nokia Handsets. If you have another make of handset you can use the online version which should work with any internet-enabled phone.
How do I download them to my phone?
The easiest way to download the phrasebooks is to visit www.coolgorilla.mobi from your mobile handset. From here you can download your chosen language(s) directly to your phone. Alternatively you can download the applications to your desktop and transfer them to your phone using the software that your phone came with.
How many can I have on my phone at the same time?
You are only limited by the memory space remaining on your phone or memory card. For further details you should consult the user manual that came with your mobile phone.
What languages will Coolgorilla be adding?
As you read this we're hard at work in our jungle workshop putting together more and more languages. In the very near future you can expect to see Chinese, Japanese, Polish and Swedish to name a few.
Why is there no volume?
Phones all work in different ways. On some models you simply have to turn up the volume but on others you need to go into 'Settings' and set the profile to 'Outdoors'. So for example, if your phone is set to 'Silent' or 'Meeting' it will almost certainly be muted.
What do the (masc) and (fem) bits mean?
Unlike English other languages asign masculine and feminine genders in all sorts of crazy ways. Where we think it helps you to communicate we have included examples for both genders.

Will it work on my iPod?
The iPod Phrasebooks have been designed to with any iPod that uses the "Notes" feature in short this is any iPod Classic (3rd Generation and Beyond) and any iPod Nano or iPod Mini.
I have an iPhone / iPod touch what should I do?
We have a separate iPhone and iPod Touch version that you can find by visiting www.coolgorilla.com/iphone
How do I know if my iPod has the "Notes" feature
With the exception of the iPod Touch and iPhone, if your iPod has a dock connector as shown below, it will also have the "Notes" reader function.
Where is the "Notes" feature on my iPod
Unless you have customised your iPod’s menu settings you will find the "Notes" feature in "Extras".

The Installation Wizard asked me to "Enable for disk use". What does this mean?
Your iPod can act just like a USB storage device and this is achieved by selecting the option "Enable for disk use". To run the Talking Phrasebooks it is necessary that this setting has been selected. To find out more about using your iPod as a storage drive visit apples website HERE.
Why can't I see my iPod my iPod listed under devices with removable storage?
You need to make sure that your iPod's settings are set to "Enable iPod for disk use". To find out how to do this please visit apples website HERE.
I'm having trouble downloading the podcast.
Make sure that you are not running any other programs other than iTunes and that your internet connection is working properly. If you are using a wireless internet connection please make sure that you have a strong signal. When selecting "Get All" you may find that your computer takes some time before commencing to download all the episodes. This is perfectly normal. Once you have selected "Get All" leave your computer until it has finished downloading all the episodes.
I can't hear anything / I'm not hearing the translations
The most likely cause of this is that you have not synced your iPod since you downloaded the relevant podcast. Try syncing your iPod to iTunes again.
Why do certain phrases not play anymore?
The most likely cause of this is not selecting "Do not auto delete" in iTunes once having downloaded the podcast. To solve this re-download the podcast, sync your iPod and make sure you follow the installation instructions properly this time!
